Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Non-personalised jewellery can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Our personalised jewellery is made to order and as such it is non-returnable. However, if we are at fault and a spelling mistake has been made on your order we will of course be more than happy to offer you a full refund or product exchange. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns unless you have contacted us first, so if you think we've made a mistake on your order please email us a photograph and we'll take it from there.

We want you to love your jewellery, so if you are unhappy in any way please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to resolve any issues you may have.

Damaged or faulty goods

We take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us stating your order number, a description of the fault and whether you'd like a full refund or a product exchange. We will then email you back with full instructions of how you can return your goods to us, free of charge.
